The monthly rent covers the stay and access to amenities, such as the pool, onsite gym, and onsite laundry facility. Utilities (water, internet, electricity) are paid for separately.
Leasing & Payments
We offer short-term, mid-term, and long-term leases. You can stay for a week, a month, or years.
A valid driver’s license or Government issued ID.
We require a Security Deposit of $100 for weekly rentals and $500 for monthly/yearly rentals.
All major credit cards and debit cards as well as e-check. Payments are made through the tenant portal in Appfolio.
Utilities are included in the weekly rental rate, but they are not included in monthly or yearly rentals. For those leases, utilities are an additional $275.00 monthly.
Pet Policy
Yes, we allow pets.
There is a $500 non-refundable fee and a monthly pet fee of $30.
Yes, aggressive breeds such as Rottweilers, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepherd, Akita, Shar-Pei, or any mix of these breeds may not be kept on the premises.

Yes, parking is included. No, it is not reserved.

Yes, the apartment building has an elevator and ADA apartments.
Maintenance & Services
We use a program called AppFolio. You can submit a maintenance ticket for any issues through the portal.
We do have someone available for 24-hour emergencies. However, we cannot guarantee the availability or exact response time for repairs.

You would schedule the move-in day with the Property Manager and go through the apartment to complete the Move-In Condition Form.
Yes, as long as it doesn’t cause any damage to the property.
You would not need to set up utilities. $275 per month for utilities (electricity, water, internet, trash) is paid directly to the landlord.
Lease Renewal & Move-Out
If we do not receive written notice within 60 days before the expiration of the lease, the lease will automatically renew.
No less than sixty days before the expiration of the lease, the resident shall give notice via the Notice to Vacate feature in AppFolio. If we do not receive written notice within 60 days before the expiration, the lease automatically renews.
We have 30 days to process the move out. We will send the security deposit to the forwarding address. Final accounting includes any deductions for damages, repairs, or outstanding balances.
